Teaching Session #31 - 12 July 2020
The Letters of Paul to the Thessalonians
Main speaker - Graham Wilkins
Leader for the evening - Bernie Pinner
"The letters to the Thessalonians are probably the first letters to a church that Paul wrote, and we see a raw emotional concern for his newly planted church, suffering from the persecution that caused him to flee the city after only a short time. These letters are known for their focus on Christ's second coming, and I'll be looking at these passages in context whilst looking at the whole back story to the letters and some of their lessons for us."
Have your Bible ready, bring an open and enquiring mind and as always plenty of questions. Log onto the St Mark’s Facebook page for the online Bible Stream at 6.30, Sunday 12 July.

Since the Bible Stream is now streamed online, there is the option to watch the Zoom video, or still just the audio as previously. Unfortunately the downside to being online with Zoom is that the audio quality suffers a bit.
